Today's Boston Playlist

Three threads? Why?

I believe it might have actually been 5.

Monday
Boston
80's
70's and 80's post punk/new wave
80's post punk/new wave

The last two are admittedly rather redundant threads and I've contemplated trying to choose one of them but never really got around to making that decision (just not something too high on the priority list I guess).

It fits the rest though.

I try to post in threads that build a body of music by genre, release date, or geographic area. Then the days of the week threads just catch anything and everything - in case someone cares (most of the time myself) to review what I've been listening to chronologically. I avoid the media specific threads - like: tape based, vinly only, digital - because I don't think that information adds anything particularly interesting or creates any pattern that is helpful to anyone trying to discover any music they haven't heard before.
