Could a HifiEngine member please send me the service manual for the Toshiba SA-750? I can't find it anywhere else. Thank you.

Thank you. I should have been more specific - I apologize. I saw the one at manualslib.com, but it is for Europe or England/Australia i.e 220 or 240 volts. I didn't know about archive.org, but it is the same one. I'm hoping that the HifiEngine one is for 120 volts. The problem I have is that the power in will be very low (less than 10 volts), then it will go right to 120 volts after 1-5 minutes. If it doesn't go to 120 after a few minutes, I can turn it off, then on and occasionally it will go right to 120 volts. I know my problem is between the transformer and the power cord. I unplugged both outlets from the transformer and it acted the same, so it is not downstream of the transformer. I disconnected the inlet to the transformer and hooked up power directly to the transformer and it works correctly, goes right to 120 volts in every time. I can hear something crackling in the receiver when the problem is occuring, but I haven't been able to locate the source yet. I was hoping it was the power switch. I cleaned it but no change. I'm going to jumper out the power switch next and see what happens. In any case, the 120 volt unit has the receptacles as part of the power in circuit. I'm not sure what else is part of the circuit besides the power switch and the fuse. I'm sure I can trace it all out with time, but I was hoping for help from a schematic to do so.

i'll be damned. i'd still think everything except for the primary wiring would be the same.

it's your lucky day. here you go. hfe does have the 120v version. glancing at a few voltages, it is the same that i can see...except for the primary side.

Sorry to ask, but I'm wondering if you could get me the users manual, schematic and service manual for the Sharp RT-3388A cassette deck from HifiEngine. Thanks for your help either way.
