Cool man the professional career this gentlemen is proud of and wants to share he's masterful art with us simply summed up as "overrated". Ever hear the saying if you have nothing nice to say...

I look so forward to new posts to this thread in having a strong appreciation for masters of their skill. Trhee thanks again for sharing with us. If your taking these caliber of photo with a phone camera I could not even imagine if you put a nice DSLR in your hands.
 
Thanks. Coincidentally, I just started up my photography blog yesterday, aside from my general all purpose blog which isn't focused on anything specific.

Photography is another one of my hobbies that I've been doing for the past 30 years and is just as important to me as audio and music.

Anyways, the blog is still fairly new and there are only about 30 photos so far and the design layout is being tweaked.

As for plug-and-n-play - if food is "just" fuel, what the heck do you eat every day, MRE's ? Food to a lot of us is not just fuel, it is experiencing the visual as well as the taste and sharing/experiencing it with friends.

You couldn't afford the plates. Stick with audio. I think it's cheaper. You could use paper plates, but that would be just wrong.
 
Pork "butt" (shoulder, bone in) that I 'q'd last weekend.

The bone came out so easy and clean.

It was darn near perfect - tasty rub profile, beautifully smoked (hickory & apple), deliciously tender - good chunk pieces and roll your eyes bark.
 
Even though in my professional cooking, my cooking style tends to be more fine dining, I'm a big fan of comfort foods and home style cooking when it comes to feeding myself at home.

This is one of my favorite comfort foods... "Hunter Style Chicken". This was a personal dinner along with other side dishes including rice, potatoes and fresh peas for my girlfriend and myself on a cold winter evening.
