I'm sure you ain't the only one with that idea, which is why I'd be hesitant to sell it this way.

For the amounts of money involved here, I'd work as much of it as I could through eBay or Audigon to get top dollar. Sure it would be a ton of work to eBay it, but I think there quite possibly could be tens of thousands of dollars lost at an estate sale or small local auction.

To me, that's worth working for...

My guess is he is throwing those prices out there so that people know he's not giving the stuff away.Weeding out some of the lowballers from the get. . :yes:

Giving out that phone number guarantee's they will get a lot of offers and I'm positive deals are already being made.
They are going to need an armed guard for that sale.Probably a couple of security types as well. . ara:

btw, kind of looking for a NICE pair of cabs for a pair of 604C's. no rush att all but if run across something let me know. looking for approx. 9 cu/ft, nice for living room. again long term project so no hurry
