For B&O you want someone who specializes in B&O. In a shop with several technicians there was always one among them that did B&O units.

It's less expensive, less labor to send the Beogram to a Bang & Olufsen specialist repair shop who works on them every day. They tend to know the units, know where the spare parts can be had to keep your Beogram alive. Amina Audio in Georgia and SoundSmith in New York are known specialists in B&O equipment repairs.
