Your speakers appear to be the Audio Concepts G3, which was a well regarded aperiodic design sold as a kit or fully assembled in the 90's. Audio Concepts, Inc. was owned by speaker designer Mike Dzurko, and based in La Cross, WI. A number of his designs were very favorably reviewed by various audio publications.

There should be small holes in the back of the cabinets, which are used as the aperiodic "venting" system. They sold for around $800 assembled and $700 as a kit.
