Personally, if you are of the DIY mindset. Like to play around with different drivers and XO's. I would offer $25 for them and enjoy. The cabinets are very nice and solid with real wood veneer. The stock drivers in those are rather meh.

They resemble my Allied Knight K2330K speakers, which have a 12 inch woofer, and are also a three-way design. Mine are nice. Definitely not 'meh'. The drivers (and probably the cabinet also) was made my Utah. Looks just like your photos (or did, before I replaces the grill cloth).

If it were me, I would not pay a lot for them. But I am very cheap.
