If Ebay doesn't get you the info you need, check out sale prices for the Fisher 80C preamps. There is not a lot of functional difference between the 80C and the 90C, and over the years there wasn't a huge price difference either. The 90C may get a bit higher price as they seem a bit rarer, but on a per unit basis a matching pair of either go for a good premium over single units of either.
As for the case, it depends first on whether it was an actual Fisher case (vs. something home built), and then on condition. The case might be worth as much as $100, or as little as $10 or $20.
