Value- Pioneer JA-R1A

Anyone have any thoughts on the value of a Pioneer JA-R1A component rack with 3 rack mounts and handles? No equipment included.

I thought a complete rack system would net a better price. Based on what I can find on Ebay for completed sales for just the rack mounts and handles.

Well it depends on your local market honestly. If you plan to use eBay then expect the fees from both PayPal and eBay, possible issues with the buyer (It’s scratched, looks not as shiny, didn’t come with a coaster) and you could get more. But you just have to factor that in as well if you want to take it apart and ship it out. Whatever way you choose you have to figure out what you want vs what you will get on whatever platform you use.

Personally if you want top dollar and don’t mind the risk then use eBay.

If you want an easier transaction with cash in hand go a local route.

The complete rack won't fetch much of anything locally. Typically when I sell electronics on some other venue than Ebay, I typically have to deliver or meet at a mutually acceptable location. I can't do this with the rack unless I break it down. I guess that is possible if the buyer wants to re-assemble it.
