vintage "Spectrum" speakers from W Germany?

What is this? I saw a pair asking for $US125. Any worth?

These are 2-way sealed enclosure.

I checked orion, Spectrum made a few 2ways, their most expensive with a 5 1/2" woof and 3/4" (something like that) tweet at $2000US. Their cheapest was an 8" 2way at $250US.
