Voice Coil Removal Help on Dynaco A25 10"

Woofer on mu Dynaco A25 has a blown voice coil. Removed the dust cap and was wondering if anybody can instruct me on how to remove the VC for possible repair ? Thanks.

Already have...seems like the low average is $40 or so shipped. I took the speaker apart and as expected the coil is shot.

Any suggestions on a "cheap" 10" woofer I can temporarily use until I can find a good deal on a replacement ?

Snipe an original A25 driver off Ebay.
Any other suggestions seem so temporary.
