Warp in new record - would you keep or return?

Typically Sundazed LPs are very well made but not all are pressed the same. Some are QRP pressed even. If you can not return it (seems unlikely to happen) I can offer to run it through my Vinyl Flat for you, gratis, you just pay shipping both ways. It may not be 100% afterwards but should repair well enough to play without negatives.

Update: The seller immediately sent a new copy, which arrived today. The replacement copy is reasonably flat, but has a different blemish: a few small, but very audible and very distracting scratches in one of the songs. Unbelievably frustrating. What do I do? I would feel too embarrassed to ask for a third exchange copy. I have to say, based on this -- admittedly very limited -- experience, I would never buy a Sundazed record again.
 
Wow... but wait are these new records? My laziness and alcoholism don't allow me to read back to find out. If they are new... then absolutely. Do a quick video of the issue and include it in the email where you say something like, "Dude...thanks so much for being a stand-up company and sending me a new LP, but dude...it still isn't, like, new. Look and listen!"

If they are really dudes, they will apologize profusely and send yet another and hopefully they will listen to this one first. Don't give up on them.

Yes, both copies came new and sealed. I just sent an email to the Sundazed label directly. Let's see what they say. The thing is, I don't want to be overly anal about this, and I really don't expect an LP, even a new one, to play as quiet as a CD, but if I was offering this brand-new disc for sale, I would have qualms listing it even as VG+. These scratches are small and short, but severe enough to really distract from the listening experience, even if it is just one song.

Washing would help maybe, also everyone seems to judge a record on the first play. Records get better sounding after a few plays.

"The Fantastic Expedition of Dillard and Clark." The only markings in the dead wax are "S-77735" and S-77736," respectively. Apparently they're successive copies. No "QRP" in the dead wax.

In this case, I doubt it. The discs are super nice and shiny, not dirty at all. The scratches clearly are just that - scratches. Not sure from what.
