Is there anyone out there reproducing these? They fit the 300DC, 170DC, 1152DC, 1180DC perhaps others.

Alternatively are the dimensions documented in a detailed fashion anywhere?

Re wood cabinets, there are several folks that perform this service. Go on ebay and you'll see a couple.
