Has anyone compared Wharfedale? EVO 4.2 speakers and Super Lintons? I have a pair of 4.2s, and I am wondering how much of an upgrade the new Super Lintons would be.

This is a really good question. I have heard the EVOs, as well as the Super Lintons. I personally own a pair of the regular Lintons which I really love. I heard very little difference between the Super Lintons and my Lintons... There was some, perhaps in the mid-range vocals, especially female vocals, but that certainly would not be enough for me to justify the upgrade. As far as the EVOs, they seem to sound naturally brighter than the Lintons to me. You may enjoy that, but I personally love the warmer, more moody sound of the Lintons.
