Early to mid 70s based on the connectors, although could be late 60s as well. Judging by the typewritten label, probably a small manufacturer. But it's really not much to go on. Does the first line say "S&F SPEAKERS"?

Most likely a "house" brand made for a stereo store (there were many in the 1970s). Grille cloth is typical for the era. Some are decent, some are mediocre; I don't think we've ever seen awesome house brand speakers, though, and the presence of an RCA jack on the back kind of leads me towards the "mediocre" side, since that was more frequently (although not exclusively) found on lower end models. If you can get a pic of the front with the grille removed showing the drivers, that might give us more to go on. My guess is a 3-way design with a 10" or 12" woofer, and cone midrange and tweeter. If you're lucky it will have a CTS phenolic ring tweeter; those are pretty good.

OTOH, veneer looks nice and might clean up well if there are no chips. If you're looking for a starter for a DIY speaker project, this might be it (I'd replace the grille cloth too). Bear in mind that that won't be cheaper than buying a used, working system; but it is a hobby that many AK'ers are into.

I think the others are right. Most likely a house branded speaker from the late 60's early 70's.

All the evidence screams house brand speakers, early-mid 70's. Expect to find a mere inline resistor or cap instead of a crossover.

If it is real wood veneer, it is unusually interesting looking, and might be worth buying to use the cabinets.

Same grill material as Bozak Tempos. They don't look wide enough to be Bozaks though. Maybe ?
