It is an excellent album. Of course, all the Hendrix recordings are good. I also like the Santana/Live in Hawaii album from 1972. IIRC, that was within the first 10 albums I owned back when I was youngster. "Free Form Funkafide Filth" was the long song.

I prefer the stainless weight over the Delrin screw on clamp.
One thing I have noticed on many TTs is if you use a center weight by itself it can actually cause the vinyl to dish in leaving the edges to go up leaving the platter surface. This is barely noticeable but sometimes the vinyl stays flatter with no weight at all. The outer ring clamp fixes this and the results are flat vinyl coupled well to the platter.

Does anyone else feel that this site has been generally buggy and kind of terrible since the 503 error a few weeks ago? It sure has been on my end. I’ve checked usual suspects to make sure that I’m not the cause. Nope, all good here, devices and network.

Yes. Uploads slowed down and other little "glitches." That said, I'm sure it will be fixed.
