For me this is shopgooodwill[dot]com. I have just shy of 200 records. More than half came from lots bought off the aforementioned site (the rest direct buys from artists wherever possible), or local thrift/second hand stores. Your "Stones" back catalogue has me particularly jealous .

The last time I scored 40 LPs for $1 a piece.
Looked like a new donation from one person.
It's fun and also kinda sad finding someone's record collection.
I've also gotten books, DVDs and piles of CDs for super cheap.
Also found a bunch of fun and rare Italian bootleg Stones CDs.

That was a good decade, But very different. Got married, Had a kid. I had to finally grow up lol.

Mine is got for nearly free. Think was $20. It's also the Craftsmen version, may by Ryobi. I don't use it much, but not that impressed with the few times I have.

I got a new portable Ryobi awhile back, for about $250 at Home Depot.
It's been good for remodeling around the house.

My issue is I don’t believe my rig is good enough for a $75 record. There’s a point of no return eventually. To me a super audiophile one step MoFi doesn’t have the impact much more than the $20 basic remaster. If I used a $5000 turntable and a $1000 cartridge. That’s when those details reveal themselves. Just my opinion of course

My two Marantz 6110's are modest belt driven tables with old Audio Technica carts and thanks to my good buddy @Govany one of 'em has a great low mileage stylus on it.So,i'm not super picky about the LP's i buy.I always go for best available of course until a better copy comes along.As long as it ain't warped like a bowl or scratched like Death Valley it's going to get played.
Like all of us i've been at this a long time and in my case i honestly don't think i can tell the difference.Everything sounds good to me. I believe i must be on the low end of the audiophile spectrum.
