I can't get enough of this lady.

Indidentally, you know how they say some speakers "need some juice to wake up"? I never really new what that meant until today. I am finally doing the wiring up in my new lair -- nothing fancy, just those plastic runners to keep everything tidy, Well I put the speaker selector into service and put the Ohm Fs on one channel and the Snell C/i on the other. The Snells destroyed the Fs. To the extent that I was crawling around, testing every connection, triple-confirming phase, switching speakers outs on the selector in case it went sideways. Nope. Snells were crystal clear, Ohms sounded like they were being played through tin horns under pile of pillows. Eventually I gave in, cranked the volume, and listened on the Snells. Popped over to the Fs just because and WHAM there they were. Huh.

I forgot to add in my last post but I had a audio related chore today, had to move 6 pairs of speakers out of storage and into my basement, moved them out of the basement at my moms house and then down into the basement at my house, I was sweating my ass off because it was pretty warm out. When I was on my 5-6th trip downstairs after I got them home my wife was standing in the kitchen and as I walked past with a speaker in my arms sweating profusely she sarcastically asked me "is this hobby still worth it" :rflmao: I said I feel its kinda late for a course correction on the gear hoarding issue:biggrin:
