Evening folks!
Gig night again last night. Family and I went and saw the Sex Pistols and Alice Cooper. Was the daughters 1st outdoor show with a large crowd. So she wanted dad to take her into the crowd. She loved it!! Good times.

Last nights dinner before the gig. Charcoal chicken drumsticks. Covered in Memphis meat dust, seared, offset and flash smoked with apple wood then a seconded searing before tossing them in some bbq sauce. Yum.
