so many have been showing up on ebay lately and they have been underwater.

i JUST saw this quadraflex and my eyes went straight for the vents. that is rust blistering the powdercoat/paint

then you get to the rear panel and screws are corroded and rust is rearing it's head. i actually expected this to be worse so it is possible that it was not under water. it's not far away so it was probably in someone's wet basement for 50 years and hasn't been seen for 35 years.

but with all the flooding in the southeast no long ago, that gear has been popping up.

Lots of internet experts who have read or seen someone's opinion somewhere and converted that into a fact in their own mind , it's the wild west out there . . . . .
