here is the other guys solder blob.

if i add leaded to it to try to make it easier to remove, it worsens the appearance and isn't making removal much easier. crazy.

my iron and desolder gun are both set at 800f to remove this crap.
i prolly needed an adjustable soldering iron. mine was not hot enough.

yea, was never a fan. they're cool but not me.
now, a viper? we can do that. then i gotta take lessons how to drive it. :rflmao:
there are plenty stories of guys buying them and immediately wrecking them. like same day wrecking, often hours. purty sure the majority of them prolly couldn't drive to begin with. just had money.
id imagine you'd need way above average driving skills. most people be operating a vehicle, as opposed to actually driving.
Old vettes rode like crap!! You had 3 bad vertebrae by the time you went 10 miles!

One thing I’ve learned in life…I’m not a car guy.

As long as it gets me from A to B and occasionally C…lol.

I would like to own a little boat one day tho, I don’t know much about them, just kinda a pipe dream living near the Chesapeake and Potomac. Probably out of my lifetime price range but you never know

From what I've heard they are bizarre handling cars- big horsespower and longgg, for what it is... I'd go for a hot Mustang (nicknamed the Widowmaker) or better yet for stupendous handling, the butt-ugly Camaro ZL1! Hideous looking thing, but smoking hot! And wickedly good handling! :)
