Heading into the weekend and it feels like autumn today. Need some cooking music; was the wife’s birthday the other day so gonna cook up a nice cioppino tonight as a treat.

Switching gears into cooking tunes, an old six-eye, the Columbia Cole Porter songbook.

Evening folks! TGIF. Hope all are well.

Bit of a shocking day today when I found out that lyricist/corroborator for Max Webster and Kim Mitchell, Pye Dubois had passed away 10 days ago and drummer Gary McCracken a week before that. .
If you're asking yourself who? Pye also corroborated with Neil Peart and Rush on a few tunes as well. Tom Sawyer being the most notable. Inducted into the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2021. Max Webster has lost 3 members in the past 8 months. Pye was considered the 5th non-stage member of the band. RIP Pye and Gary.

you might not like rap. no drugs, whips or bias. this is really good if you're remotely a fan. the production value seems pretty goood to me. and the music is the good.
