I have a spare near-new Vortex 6-18x44 I was planning on using, but that's way overkill- I need scopes like that, or I should say prefer scopes of that magnification as I usually strictly target shoot at quarter or dime-sized bullseyes at 40 yards, and I like to be able to see the bull properly... may get a 40mm scope instead... most likely Vortex again as their warranty is best in the business- just sent one back for replacement after 10 years... free free free!! :)
