Which model of Yammie were you on and was this on pavement or something else.I had the bike leaned over, and it started a 2-wheel drift- I sat up straight and the bike high-sided and continued to drift sideways and forward at about 65-70 kph... it only took a few seconds but time dilation occurred, or more accurately the perception of time slowed down, and I stood up trying to avoid having my legs crushed, and all I could think of over and over was - WHAT A STUPID WAY TO DIE, WHAT A STUPID WAY TO DIE, over and over, then came the impact...![]()
YesWasn’t CBS radio 100 years old when they closed down?
No you don’t dare pass when they are on a run .That’s basic rules of the road !There’s geezer riding and then there’s the bad guys lol. We have a couple Hells Angel chapters around here. They join up and pretty much take over the freeway once in awhile. Nobody passes them lol
I'm an old WWJ listener too and while i've never been interested in their news coverage in particular CBS's version of it i love getting weather and traffic on the Eight's.I never realized you can get WWJ so far north.I listen to WWJ for the first 10/15 minutes of my commute for the traffic and weather. They seem diminished now that CBS killed their radio network.
I was on a Seca 750, pavement and some gravel at the outer edges of the ramp, not a gravel pit, but typical accumulated gravel from time...Which model of Yammie were you on and was this on pavement or something else.
