Ok, I have a plan- I'm going ahead with the mods, but in slow stages- got to fill existing driver holes and then mark the larger diameters, then fire up the jig saw and widen the woofer holes- the new aluminum, passive radiator diameters are the same but have extra screw holes, so I have to fill the existing screw holes there as well- So I've eyeballed the width of the new woofer and the thickness of the baffle, and the speaker sides will be a blonde c-hair clear of the speaker frames and magnets... do one speaker at a time... baffle repairs this weekend...
