What I decided to do

I'm going to bypass all the crap on the package refusal banter and congratulate you on your purchase of the speakers YOU wanted and hope you enjoy them, before the mods close this thread.

But it seems like you guys are saying that I should not keep trying and to find something I really want and then keep it and if in the future I don't want it just sell it or so.

But that is not what this thread is originally about. This started with you buying something and then changing your mind before you accepted it.

If a store has a policy of trying something and returning it if you don't like it, then fine, do it. Although I don't believe they intend for people to work through their entire catalogs in that manner..

most stores only accept returns for faulty items for this reason

And those store will never get my business. Having an easy return policy like most major stores is a CODB and is a feature that obviously is worthwhile for the stores. Think of all the mail in rebates that never get collected. I have no sympathy for stores. They chose to have a liberal return policy for a reason, namely, it makes them money overall.
