What is YOUR pet peeve? Let's have a laugh.

People that have no business having a drivers license. As of now the count for how many times I've had a stationary car struck by another motor vehicle is at 12, 5 of which I was sitting at a red light, one of those on my motorcycle.

Three times it was the second day of ownership, two with less than 150 miles on the car.

People who refer to your pets by the incorrect gender. Only counts if they have known the pet for years.

Burping and farting in public.

The Philadelphia accent.

Wearing sweat pants and pajama pants out in public.

People who swear Walmart is cheaper.

People who do the speed limit in the fast lane.

People who tall gate you in the slow lane. Execute those people specifically and painfully.

Working at a phone store, hearing people refer to the SIM card as the sims card.

That one is last for a reason because it clouds my vision and makes my blood boil.

ROFLMAO!:D

People who say "Al-timers" instead of "Alzheimers" or at the very least, "Old-Timer's".
It is an epidemic around here.

hyperion, I have to ask - Do our British cousins suffer from the "full diaper" syndrome so afflicting the pants-wearing urbanites that we have here??

Men who who wear more cologne/after shave than women.

Cell phones with those annoying ring tones that may sound good on a stereo but sound horrible at max volume on a phone.

Turn signals? What are those? How did you get license to begin with if you didn't pass a driving test? Did you get it out of a Cracker Jack box?

"Sales people" who think they are doing you a favor by selling you something. Used car salesman used to be a symbol of pushy, trashy behavior. Now most think it's a goal to be aspired to.

Turning on the Weather Channel only to find there is no actual weather on there for hours at a time.

Grocery store ads touting 'Red', 'Ripe', 'Juicy' and 'Fresh' produce, when it is none of those things.

What about Succulent Shrimp or Lobster?

The insistence that graphs should be an important part of speaker selection-ignore the ''smoothing'' widely applied by the industry, the character of the amp and preamp, the room acoustics, assorted cable effects, the majority of the music types the speakers are expected to reproduce, the source, and the weather in general-THE GRAPH-will tell you all you need to know in selecting a speaker!

People who leave shopping carts right in the middle of a parking space when the cart return is about 40 feet away.

That´s not a problem here in Germany. You have to put a 50 cent or 1 Euro coin into the shopping cart to unlock it.

I hate people that don´t use their turn signals or bike riders that don´t use hand signals.

I also hate it when some idiot doesn´t yield right of way and then give me the finger because they think they are right.

I also hate people that drive 50 or more kilometers per hour on a crowded parking lot. They could easily kill someone :(

Boys who wear baseball caps bass-ackwards, & cup their hands or squint at the sun. Those same youths who wear shorts in winter, when its 20 or so out. We had a LOT of that this past winter-but the Backwards-Cap Brigade NEVER did put long trousers on. Made me cold just lookin' at 'em. They usually drive "Slammed, fart can mufflered" Japanese cars, & have their nitwit "Stirreo's" blaring out the latest sonic masterpiece from Sir Mo Fuggen' Money, or something equally as ridiculous.

People that refuse to acknowledge that I am smarter than they are.

While I'm a man of limited intellect and imagination, I do so get peeved at those who I present facts and figures on a given topic, and they do not relent, nor offer any opposite point of view, and simply pout like a child.

I've been intellectually spanked a few times, and I try hard to admit my thinking was wrong, or that I see their point, and thank them for it. It's a pride injury the first few times, but then you start to feel good about relenting, so it becomes a bit of a badge of honor. I've learned much simply by listening.
