What is YOUR pet peeve? Let's have a laugh.

The channel logo in the bottom right corner of every network. I selected History channel an hour ago, I don't need a ****ing reminder of what channel I'm on. Oh and please give me 5 commercials for other crap on History that I'll likely be watching later anyway.

That gets me mad. To add to that how about trying to watch a show coming back from a commercial only to have something plastered all over the bottom left of the screen advertising a product or another show....didn't we just have commercials showing us that!!!! ENOUGH ALREADY!!!!!!!

Haha yeah it's just a matter of time before they do the same to the commercials :D

Commercials inside the commercials!

And then there will be product placement inside the commercials, with adds running in the corners of the picture.

Oh wait, I'm talking about the internet now...

You see an interesting story link on a web page. You click on it only to be directed to another page with the same heading on it, you click again and the cycle repeats, when you finally get to it the damn thing is not what you clicked on in the first place. I hate web designers.

Oh yeah, and on top of that, the sites are bugged down with TONS of pointless scrips that freeze your browser and eats bandwidth and make your computer consume much more power then it needs to.

Because you LOVE facebook, twitter and so on and so forth, you love to have it all integrated, just one click away.

And why bother with standard scrollbar designs as so on, when you can wait several seconds to get a different look to it all, you care SO much don't you?

Ah and I almost forgot about flash websites, oh yes they are lovely, not annoying at all...

:gigglemad

Oh yeah this as well. Did you ever listen to a radio station that says 10 songs in a row without breaks, then after 2 songs the DJ says "Here we are 10 in a row" Ok let me tell the DJ something.....if you talk between songs its a break. SHUT THE **** UP!

I've been intellectually spanked a few times, and I try hard to admit my thinking was wrong, or that I see their point, and thank them for it. It's a pride injury the first few times, but then you start to feel good about relenting, so it becomes a bit of a badge of honor.

And many badges you have earned young man.

Anybody in the drive through line that orders 15 coffees, 2 dozen donuts and 5 or 6 sandwiches then complains because on of the sandwiches is made wrong. Any Canadian at a Timmies will understand this one.

Any shopper in a busy grocery store trying to use a coupon that's expired or can't be read etc arguing over its 25 cent value!! Hey lady here is a buck get lost.

SiriusXM stating they are commercial free but yet every station we listen to has the DJ telling us about whats on the others channels. To me that's advertising. So shut up and play the music.

Expressions aren't quite a pet peeve, but I find them interesting.

"Have a nice/good Day" is a WAY overused expression. A friend told me in some states, Police Officers/Deputies/Troopers are not allowed to say "Have a Nice Day" when they hand you a ticket.

"It's all Good". This one is getting more prevalent. Is it "All good"? Really? Some stuff Has to be BAD. ;)

Real Pet Peeves of mine;

PEOPLE WHO DRIVE IN THE PASSING LANE DOING THE SPEED LIMIT OR UNDER AND NEVER MOVE OVER TO THE CRUISING LANE SO YOU HAVE TO PASS THEM ON THE RIGHT! People, get your ignorant driving Axx over into the cruising lane! The passing lane is for PASSING, not cruising. I have actually heard someone bragging about this. They said "I should get a medal for driving slow in the passing lane. I'm slowing down traffic and helping to curb speeding!" No, you are an obstruction and a potential hazard!

People who want to get ON the Elevator BEFORE you get off! Come on people! If you let me off first, there is more room for you to get on! I know why this happens. They assume the Elevator stopped for THEM because they pushed the button, and never think that people may actually be getting off on their floor. Also, they want to get on before the doors close. But seriously, let those of us who are getting off the Elevator do so first, then you can get on, OK?
