Depends on functionality in present condition, these things generally need a new cueing belt and clean-and-lube to be at their best.

It's a desirable turntable and also pretty rare. (The silver 1700 is more common.) Accordingly, it's worth what someone is willing to pay foe it but you might get an idea of what it might bring by checking "Completed listings" on eBay.

I bet this number is a bit low. At least in Dallas, anything in the 1700 series of TT's seems to sell pretty well.

These are the sorts of prices you see for the 1700 MK2. The 1710 MK2 commands a higher price because of its rarity and better looks. Add to that the OP's description of a mint table complete with original packaging and docs and you have something potentially worth a lot more than the 1700 MK2.
