I had a very good friend who played guitar, but could also play anything else you threw at him. He played regularly at a small pub in a little town north of here, and when a good mix of musicians got into the groove, magic happened. I love it when that happens and why live music can't be beat!

Always love how these guys look like they are having a blast! The crowd is just loving it too!

There's a song on the last Willie/Merle album, "Django and Jimmy" called "Missin' ol' Johnny Cash" and a line references them both being Highwaymen and how the album was a smash.

Fans of either musicians (Willie OR Merle) should pick it up. A great, late career offering.
