Where can I find 12” rubber butyl surrounds for kg4 passives

I’ve looked at a few sites that sell these in 12” but the dimensions do not match.

I checked Simply Speakers and they were out of stock , usually not a good sign with them.

I'm guessing you checked Midwest Speaker and the 2 12" sizes didn't match ? Did you check the passive radiator section , they offer Klipsch 12" kits

I can tell you the last set of CV surrounds I got from Simply Speakers were not the correct size , they told me squeeze them in that they flex also no other option was availible for that size , they worked out but I have a feeling the producers are only making certain sizes.

Klipsch is still in business maybe try contacting them directly if nothing else. Crites might even be able to help you.

Midwest speaker repair I asked about what they had, they said this is what their repair people use when doing customers work. They are for later model klipsch but they have slightly angled inner lips that you have to use patience and babysit them when your gluing them. I’ll try my best and see how it turns out. They’ve had success so I’m sure I will too.

There is a company in Madison, WI named Madisound that sells speaker repair components, including surrounds for drivers. You might look them up to see if they have what you need. No affiliation beyond a satisfied customer.

Did you have luck with your surrounds? I bought 4 rubber surrounds off ebay for my KLF30 woofers. I can size them up to my KG4 passives to see if they would work, if you're still looking. Yes if you don’t mind. I’m curious to know if they match up, IIRC the inner diameter is 9” and the outer diameter is 11.75”.
