Which speakers are these?

Saw these on craigslist but seller does'nt know what brand or model they are.

Any of you know which brand and model these are?

Are they Tannoys?

2 very different speakers.

Looks like they both were built to house 12 inch drivers

The one with the horizontal aspect is easily a 1/3 bigger than the other

Neither appears to be a factory Tannoy box. But, they could have nearly anything in them for components. Obviously, they appear to be designed for a single wide range, dual concentric, duplex, or coaxial driver.

Go with a drill and open the backs if possible If prices around $100, just buy them. More than that, ask to open them up. If your good, maybe id them with a flashlight through the cloth. If you open, and the seller sees the logo be prepared for a price upgrade.

If the asking price is low enough and not to far of a drive, then do as suggested above since you have to take a chance sometimes to find the goodies!
