Yamaha C 50 pre issues

So I picked up a C 50 today. Got it cheap and took it home to try it out. Aux 2 works great, aux 1 has no volume from R, and neither phono is putting out volume. I'm mostly concerned abut the phono, anybody have an idea of what's up?

Google cracked solder joint and look specifically at the Images. This will give you a fairly good idea of what a cracked solder joint looks like. Once you find them they are pretty simple to repair provided you have the right soldering iron. You can freshen up the solder connection with some flux and a small amount of solder. For soldering on circuit boards the old adage, "the bigger the blob, the better the job" does not apply.

Pick up a cheap piece of crap to practice soldering on.:thmbsp:
