Fixing to buy a Yamaha C-70 preamp.

Found a Yamaha C-70 for sale. Currently using a C-50. Very intrigued with the C-70 phono options. Would it be worth the move up? Seller says it's fully functional.

I have had great results using the inverted pre-outs on my C-80 (C-70 has them also) and that would be reason enough to upgrade if it was me. It makes it easier to run multiple amps. It makes it easier to bridge amps (including amps that have no built-in way to be bridged), and even if you just use one amp you can invert one channel to squeeze a bit more power out of the power supply.

Question. It has both MM & MC Direct Disc input. Does this cancel out the 2 regular phono inputs if both are used?
