Yamaha MX-A5000 service issues

I have a Yamaha MX-A5000 amp and upon turning the unit on the light flashes twice and the amp doesn't start. In looking at the service manual it indicates the unit has onboard diagnostics and a series of flashing lights tells you where the problem may be found. I have read this over and over again and just don't get it! HELP!

So doe the HFE manual. Its the same scan.

Making a little progress:
Plug the unit into AC.
Press ON/OFF button.
Light flashes three times.
Then press SW68 for 3 seconds.
Front lamp displays a series of flashes.
Very fast and hard to tell the indication since it is so fast.
I am able to see the light is only flashing 7 times.

It is amazing that with the technology built into this unit that diagnostics are only achieved by a series of flashing lights! I can't remember the last time I saw such an ancient way to access data from the CPU.

According to the initial start and not using the SW68 it appears to be THM/OLV (over power) protection.

Can someone translate that?

I keep trying to get it correct: Not SW68, SW85 is correct.

I am happy to post that I followed the instruction to reset the CPU, now I have full sound. One item still an issue is the cooling fans are not running. Therefore that error code in memory of THM/OLV protection detected excessive heat in the output.

Of course the next step is to determine where the fans get their power from and what is in that line that is interrupting the power? I have searched the schematic and it doesn't jump out to me where the power is coming from. Anyone have an idea?
