Yard sale find today! Need some info and advice please

Found a pair of Ohm Walsh2 speakers at a yard sale today with an onkyo a65 receiver for 45 bucks. I'm not at all familiar with these speakers and I'd Like to know what sounds good on them, any personal experiences, proper power, if they're junk, etc. They were covered with duck dynasty stickers that i just removed with a hairdryer lol. Thanks all!

You did very well Ohm speakers have a very good reputation. I have never owned any, but you will hear from others that are familiar with them
 
I've still got a pair in my bedroom system that I purchased new.
Great speakers, in my experience they work best moved away from the wall a bit (2-3 feet).
You should orientate them so that the corner with the two logos are facing the listening position - there's a tweeter in the top section facing that direction..
They're not huge bass monsters but overall are a well balanced speaker with nice spatial effect.

Thanks for letting me know, wasn't sure about placement with the whole omni-directional thing

I was headed to the store with the kids and saw a yard sale 4 houses down from us and saw them from a distance and decided to stop by if they were still there when I got back and he was packing up when I got there and said his wife wanted them gone lol
 
There is a newish version of the Walsh 2 that Ohm currently does - far more than the $45.00 or $750.00 - you did OUTSTANDING!!

The seller - not so much... he must be getting daily beatings from his wife...
