What I can tell, is it happens at higher volumes, at Max volume, measuring DC on the output I'm seeing .5v all the way to 3v for a short second, not sure who's letting DC into the amps but it's so short that the relay doesn't close.

Does anyone know what the correct replacement for Hh05 hh06 Hh07 hh08? I tried KSA1013s but those don't seem to work right in that position. I get very loud popping from them. The original transistors are 2SA720.
I've always used 1013's and have been fine - I don't think popping really would be a symptom of a wrong sub.
Figured it out, thanks for the help, wound up being a loose connection
