does your Drums & Wires have a 45 with it? like maybe extra songs, I have a CD but remember vinyl copies missing a couple songs. or I could be thinking of something else.

I think the first pressing did come with a 45. This copy did not as it is a later Epic/Virgin pressing. :no:
 
Just picked up an LP on my lunchtime thrift run, one that I loved as a kid. Some great harmonizing on this. Wonder if it'll sound as good to me now? 4.5 stars on allmusic.com, so I have a feeling it will... Will find out tonite!

I guess so! Is the Port Townsend Brewing Company still around?
 
Yeah, the brewing company is still here. I was wearing my PT Brewing hat today. These were from a Seattle thrift. My son lives over there so I'm over there quite a bit and have found my favorite shops. The thrifts here in Port Townsend are usually pretty barren, unfortunately.
 
I got a bulk buy of 111 LPs this week. It was better than the average haul, even though many of the LPs were duplicates of ones I already have, because these were culls from a millionaire audiophile's collection, in near-mint condition. Every one was completely shiny, scratch-free, etc... as if it were regularly cleaned on an RCM, with good inner sleeves and outer jacket-protectors.

There were 13 SEALED (never opened) LPs. Unfortunately, most of these were Philippines pressings, but I'm still happy to have them, at least to give them a listen or perhaps eventually flip them, still sealed. Some that most people wouldn't care for, but I was happy with, like a sealed Cindy Lauper (can't believe I admitted that! :D).
There were 5 or 6 Japanese editions with OBIs, mostly titles I did not have Japanese pressings of yet, so that was nice. I always appreciate Japanese vinyl quality. Some nice German and USA pressings were there, too.
There were 8 Beatles LPs in the bunch. Not rare first pressings, but still near-mint copies, which is nice.
Yet another (my 9th or 10th) copy of Pink Floyd's "The Wall". Unfortunately, it's a pressing I already have, but in even better condition than the one I had, so I'll swap them as an "upgrade".
Some Linda Ronstadt, The Judds, and other pop/rock standard stuff.
I've already sorted the LPs into the stacks, so I can't list them all (memory isn't what it used to be!), but while not a spectacular haul (I get pickier as time passes! :D), there were some very nice LPs among them, and what really stood out was the like-new condition they were in. Even if about half of the haul was just upgrading stuff I had to better-preserved copies, I'm still happy with that. :yes: :D
