Does anyone know what a Z-3000 is? Someone is selling one locally but I am having a hard time finding any info on this model. Not sure if it is worth to check out or not?

Yeah I did see that one, not sure if the guy made a mistake or not? But I did find some references to a Z-3000 but not a lot of info.
Hmmm - I see what you mean - best I get is "Amplifier made from 1982 - "

Probably a receiver as mentioned above.Thats what it looks like to me in the small picture provided in the link.

It could be a Z-3000. I had a Z-5000X.
They made.
Z-3000X, Z-5000X, Z-7000X, and Z-9000X.
Z-3000, Z-5000, Z-7000, Z-9000.
The Z-5000X I had sounded great. Build was poor, but the circuits were great.
I bought it new in the 80's and had it for almost 20 years.
I have never heard a non "X" version, but think they have the Super Feedforward circuit in them as the X versions did. Except perhaps the 3000.
The 3000/5000X and non X look different.
