Z Nation...more of a comedy?

Started watching at the start...wasn't bad, but caught the last couple of episodes, and it was more comedy than before. Much more.

Now a full blown comedy noir?

What could possibly be funnier than armageddon I ask? Especially after a toke of Z weed?

Z Nation isn't the Walking Dead and never wanted to be. They do have some interesting twists here and there that make me come back for more.

How could you not like the "cheese wheel of death"? <G>

Appreciate yer POV...the absurdity of the whole affair. Guess we all need some comic relief in the walk of life.

Different strokes for different folks, eh?

Yep,that's QFT.

Shows ok,I watch if from time to time,but they need to move away from the infinite stroy arc of using Murphy to solve the Z plague.
Really should be a show where you can drop in and watch an episode w/o needing to know what happened in the previous few episodes.
That's what's killing the Walking Dead as well if you ask me.

Serials "work" for a while,but these days folks just dont have schedules where they sit down every week on X day @ x:xx time to watch their favorite show.
Folks nowadays just binge watch serial shows when they have enough free time to do so,and that way they can follow what's going on.

But I digress on that deal (<<< personal pet peeve :mad: ).

Eh ... that's why they make DVRs ... ;-}

I personally prefer a series with a continuous plot line with the occasional diversion. One thing nice about Amazon Prime - it bookmarks series for last watched so you can kinda sorta binge without the binge. I've been doing the Man in the High Castle lately, maybe an episode every other day or so. Good luck following that if you miss a chapter ... huh? Wha?? How'd that happen? Hard enough to follow sometimes even if with rewind available ...

PS - even DVRs are getting a bit hit or miss sometimes, as some shows have been playing with episode lengths and show times ... mutter mumble grumble. I usually set the timer to go early and long just in case.
