Everytime I have talked to JBL and things were backordered they always say they will contact the factory in Mexico to see when more will arrive so I would think they are made in mexico, that was for both the 338800-001 and the 338650-001 alsoThe Pyle wave guides I purchased from Parts Express are made in China, are the JBL waveguides as well?

You take a screen shot of it, convert that to jpeg in Paint or Photoshop or other photo editor, crop, resize, and upload the image....
Much faster if you use the freeware Gadwin Screen Shot. You get to draw what you want to save, resize and configure it to save to clipboard or save in .jpg. It's extremely useful and time-saving.
I have a friend who I think would appreciate trying an EconoWave with JBL 2226 and QSC waveguide with B&C DE250. I have most of the parts, and a pair of cabs that might work. Has anyone used this particular combination? I like the 2226 midbass, and it goes high enough...

"All CD waveguides with compression drivers need at least two types of corrections due to the nature of the design.
1) there is a -6 dB / oct. fall because of CD - any system that does not exhibit this cannot possibly be CD,
2) there is a resonance of the compression driver - the diaphragm resonance - and this will always cause a peak in the power response even if one is not evident on axis. These two features are 60% of my crossovers. There is a smaller resonance in the 12" and under waveguides due to the mouth reflection and an LRC helps to pull the power response of this down making for lower coloration.
That's all that is usually done in my crossovers.
Some woofers do have breakups and these can be a problem, but I never operate a woofer in its breakup region, I just use a steeper crossover to filter out the resonances.

Once somebody posts the component values, we'll know.I wonder where the diaphragm resonance is on the DE250? If there's any "resonance" it will be apparent in the impedance as a glitch.
