I have just found a pair of DP speakers at the estate of a former Klipsch Electrical Engineer. These speakers are the RM-105 From RM Loudspeaker. I found a Artical on them from Stereophile dated in 2010. Did you find any other infor on Steve Rader and RM? Or DP?

Hi! I'm hoping you have some insight on how to get the tonearm set up properly. I'm having the hardest time trying to get it to track properly. Moving those little screws up and down is my personal nightmare! Hoping you have a simple explaination on how to get this working. Thanks! R

Hello, Sir. I hope you are still working on restorations. I have a Pioneer SA-9100 amplifier I bought new in 1973. It started giving trouble with the protection circuit, and later, probably unrelated, the sound became very "hard." It had a beautiful sound, very clean. Would you be able to take this for a complete restoration? Thanks so much.

Marantz 110 tuner. Signals are low. Local AM and FM stations peak at 3/4 scale on the meter. Detoxed switches. Signal drops significantly without the antennas so internal antenna wires are good. The stereo light will not illuminate, low signal? Speakers sound mono. Should I just recap the 110 tuner or trouble shoot the problem first. As I look through previous fixes on AK, it always seems to be a cap.

I read you have a copy of the repair manual for the mcs3260 receiver, it was posted a few years ago so I'm not sure if you still have it, but if you do I really could use a copy for the tuner section. Mine has an issue with the FM Mute circuit,

I have been working on a 3060 and was hoping to find out the idle current bias and make the necessary adjustments as one channel is slightly lower that the other. is there a way to find out these spect so i could tweak it? i'm reaching out directly as i noticed you had some good knowledge in some of your forum thread replies. cheers in advance! ah yes, I've bumped into that article on my deep dive. i guess the 3080 and 3060 are quite similar. I'll reference this and se if I can locate those fixed idle current resistors. I appreciate the word of caution for getting the value wrong and unleashing the amps ghost smoke haha..

I had one other question that I thought you might be savvy about -the power meters on this 3060 appear to be working although they don't travel much range or see much action unless you really crank the volume pot when then the speakers are silly loud. is this normal?

There's meter calibration instructions in the 3080 manual. I suspect they're probably fine though; 'normal' listening levels would typically only be 1-3W.

Still here. MX-113 and MC-2120 Amp running Nakamichi CR-5A and MCD205 CD player. Also, MA-6200 used as pre-amp driving MC-2125 amp with Denon DP-40 table. Speakers, original JBL L100s and McIntosh XR-16s. All running nicely.
