    Hi, i found a deck TECHNICS RST 9023 almost for free but it's not working, some thoughtless guy plug it to 220v when it's working with 110v, any way i didn't bought it because i didnt know the year of this particular model and i dind't find any user manual. Any help with this?

    Knob is loose

    Hi guys one of the knobs in my Pioneer Ctf8080 deck is loose (it was like that when I bought it). It is the rec level knob, the input level is ok. I compared both and they look the same.. changing the knob will be the same result so the shaft could be the problem.. any ideas? Thanks!

    I got this new in Okinawa Japan in 1983 because it had dbx noise reduction built into it. The motor went out while it was under warranty, and I had it repaired while I was still in Japan. Has worked fine ever since, but who listens to casettes anymore? Never seen this model in the USA.
