Since I am showing moving videos 
Here is the 8802 and speakers just thrown up in what will become the listening loft. Needed music while we where finishing up the tiny house. First one needs no introduction. Second is a Navy buddy who has been making a living making music since he got out in 1990. Owns a decent local studio and is in a few bands, this band is Beaten back to Pure, this is just a short vid I txted him one night while moving in.

I just got told last week, (while sick mind you) ... that I was given the ultimatum .... finish my room or "else" .... I have no Idea what "else" means. I'm tempted to push this just to find out as I'm curious. I've never seen "else" in my house. I wonder?
This one is fairly recent. Was still tweaking the space, actually still am. While I have them mostly tamed down I think I still need to look for replacements for my KG4’s in my “near field” environment

I got to see Iron Butterfly back in 1970,it was my second concert ever and first Heavy Metal show.

Can be built from plans, kit, or turnkey. Mine are turnkey as I didn’t have time to do a nice finish on a kit and they were originally for my office - far more convenient to have them shipped directly there. Bummer the construction quality wasn’t nearly worth the price, but nothing I couldn’t fix.
The big room, when completed, gets my LX521.4.

I wasn't invited, but I'll ask questions and post. The is my first attempt at video of anything with the phone and uploading to youtube direct from phone (shot it loaded it). How do you get bass in a recording, is it just my crappy phone ? Excuse the heavy breathing and darkness, bear in a cave I guess (yard work kills me)

Cheapo LG Aristo 2. Looking at it today, looks like the mics are top and bottom. Experiment time I guess.
Yeah well Tim wanted vids to pan around and show off the space and equipment. If one does this with a phone/mic attached to the camera they will not be getting the best sound because you / the mic is not in the sweet spot.
But with a phone recording without editing we can most the time hear what's going on in the room more than just our ears tell us. Similar to using DTS audio equalizer and reading the room with a microphone to make adjustments.
Check this vid out, the best I can figure I ended up recording in a bass mode. I was just testing these JBLs in front of my system and put the phone on a tripod in front of my seating and walked away. Check out how wavy the recording is so either it was shaking the tripod or the floor in that area
Hear is the same setup and recorded the same day, the only difference is the record and a digital CD, but far more bass in the record I feel.

I had been enjoying the wine all day (don't usually do that) and it was a challenge to see how many names I could recollect from memory. Beatnik, you're always invited!!
That goes for any AK'er I forgot.
Also, this is less to do with fidelity, and more to do with fraternity. So, don't sweat bad sound, bass nodes, any of that ****. I just like seeing the various setups, homes, and how we all kinda have a theme. I especially liked learning about JP's setup. I'll have to build me some of those one day, they look super cool.
