Will watch, but find it hard to approve all of those ridiculous Mixed competitions they have been »invented« ... Mixed Curling??! Uhm ...

Well, can’t wait to see Bobsleigh 4 Mixed – or Ice Hockey Mixed then :crazy:
 
I "half-watched" some of the ice dancing this morning. Some of the music choices seemed pretty awful.
I'm presently watching "mixed curling."
GB are beating Korea 8-1. If so, they'll have five wins from five matches.
In the GB team, the girl is doing all the shouting.
There's live ice hockey, golf and tennis from which to choose later.

Made it home in time to watch the skinny lady sing.

Watching my favorite event now, Cross Country Skiing. I did catch some of the opening and it was pretty much what I expected. The first performance had the main female using the One Eye symbol multiple times and the rest of the performance looked like Genderless or Gender confused zombies. SMH

I dvr'd the opening cermony and could zip thru parts. I thought is was ok - better than the mess in France was. The speech by the Italian olympic host was good, but the next one by the president of the Olympic committee went on and on....and on.......and on.

The Olympic flame lighting was a bust - the schedule on my dvr was listed as 3hrs for the opening ceremony and it ended when the torch left the stadium (??) and some Italian rapper started. WTF?

I had to find the actual lighting of the Olympic flame on youtube - it was just kinda meh.

I found out from my wife that we do have a subscription to Peacock (she somehow gets subscriptions 'free'), so I can watch A LOT more choices than my Wrecktum subscription.

Watching Men's freestyle skiing now.
 
I worked a long day yesterday, and was just too tired to turn the tv on when I got home..
I'll replay the opening ceremonies today, so don't spoil it for me..
I'll keep an eye out for the skinny people.. :biggrin:
