2252B power/amp brd issues

Measurements on the "even" channel that were close to mine are now further away from my readings. I'm not sure what's going on? It seems like now the good channel appears to be diverging from my measurements.
I think the wire you found connects to the protection relay part of the circuit.
 
I was wondering what to do next. I did review and check all other wires soldered into the board; they appear intact.
I am going to keep looking for a reason. My feeling is that there is either a dead component I haven't found yet, or I have landed something, somewhere wrong.

If I were to do a point-to-point verification, where would be the best place to start? Whatever it is, it effects both channels.
It seems to me, to be either resistance where it doesn't belong, or a lack of resistance where there should be. It sounds like I'm stating the obvious,
but sometimes, I have found that you have to go back to the beginning to figure out what has gone awry.
I'm not much of an Easter guy, so I'm going to try and track down the source, no matter how long it takes.
 
My first step, is to verify the component connections to J703. Every resistance reading between the following and J703 should read 0.0 ohms.
I'm starting with verification of connections per the schematic. This list isn't complete, but close. I'm sure there are a few more to add.

You are correct. That's supposed to be C703. I do know that J703 goes to chassis ground, but I'm wanting to verify all is per the schematic.
 
I didn't think anyone was interested after all the readings. It is moving into some warmer weather here, and I can't be on it as much as I could in the winter. What I'm doing now, is verifying point-to-point the power board against the schematic.
I have not given up and will continue to work it when I can. Taking ohm readings to chassis ground didn't seem to uncover the problem causing the mismatch between the two channels. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please let me know.
 
I'm interested in how it turns out, I just ran out of ideas to help remotely. I get the warmer weather and other things calling for attention, I need to get at weed whacking but that will wait until my current back spasm issue is resolved. Felt a twinge Weds. and was full on in pain yesterday Friday, see the doc Monday. Be careful out there!
 
@mgl99, glad to see you haven't given up, just yet. Keep us posted on your progress in solving this difficult problem. Any questions, just ask, but as @rBuckner says, this issue is difficult to diagnose remotely. :)
