If they're in good shape, with good foam surrounds on the drivers (replacement; original foam would be rotted), then I'd say so.

I bought a pair of Original Large Advents with the walnut cabinets in very worn and scratched shape for $40; they had been used in a studio or radio station. I would definitely pay $125 for the same with wood or vinyl in good shape.

If they have the real-wood veneer cabinets, with everything in good shape, I'm like joeIII... I'd say yeah, it's a good deal. If, OTOH, they're the "fake wood" vinyl woodgrain models, then it's just kinda a so-so deal, IMHO.
