Acoustic Research AS2 ?

I have a customer bring in a set of speakers and he said they're Acoustic Research AS2's. I've seen Advent AS2 but never AR AS2's, anyone have info about these? Thanks

AS2 are the Heathkit version that AR allowed Heathkit to "distribute" both as kits and assembled.

If RoyC is watching, those are the speaker type that my friend got in 58/59.
Supposedly the surrounds were dense weave silk.

How do they compare to the AR's?

They are ARs (sort of rebranded).
