Here's a set of L710's in Chicago.

Surprisingly this now seems to be a decent price for a pair....I think the ADS L710 and Dynaco A25 are the most hyped overpriced speakers around. Yes they sound good. But lots of other speakers sound as good or better for less.... My MB Quart 390 sent my pair of L710's packing when I AB'ed both sets...The MB Quarts sell for less and alot less were built.....

Amazing how CL sellers are able to post pictures at all—and yet choose to post just two, and poor ones at that. I'll often equate the effort expended on placing the ad with the character of the seller.

And my new KLH Kendall's sent those packing (nephew)... but they did cost more

Might be a few brands of electronics that have similar characteristics attached to their units. People just don't know and won't spend the time to learn and once they get a rig going it is so much better than not having a rig, they continue the trend. Poor folks that haven't heard the "lots of other speakers (and electronics) sound as good or better for less."

Yes they are, they were my primaries for awhile. There is nothing negative about replacing speakers with new/different ones

ADS fans are well aware the opportunity to own l2030 speakers is a rare occurrence. These are probably the best performing speakers I personally have heard. All the drivers are original and working.
