Not sure if this is the right forum for this question. This amplifier comes with three options for power supply.

32V5A
36V6A
48V5A

What difference does the power supply make?

Typically, the higher the voltage of the power supply, the more watts the amp sends to the speakers. I recommend the 48v power supply.

I addition to playing louder, higher wattage output helps with playback of dynamic music at lower volume. There is more power in reserve to handle to the peak outputs. Especially with the low end of the frequency range. The difference in price between Fosi's 32v and 48v power supplies when bought with the amp is only $20 so this makes it an easy decision to go with the 48v version. Aiyima charges $30 to upgrade from the 32v to the 48v power supply so the decision is a little harder to make. If you don't play at high volume levels, and/or have fairly efficient speakers, then the 36v PS might be the sweet spot for you since the price difference between it and the 32v is only $6.
